Horizon Honors has partnered with DISHES2U for our optional lunch program! DISHES2U provides a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering platform that allows you to view our menus, order, prepay and manage student orders from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

NEW FAMILIES:

Enter information for your students
Add Profile. 
Repeat for any additional students.
Click “I’m Done”

RETURNING FAMILIES:

Sign In - no need to create a new account
Update Profile(s) - click on profile name, add
new information for the new school year & click
“update profile”

To Delete Profile - If a profile is no longer
needed, click on profile name & click “remove

• PAYMENT The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Items that are left in the shopping
cart will NOT be processed and your order will not be included in the service.

LUNCH PROGRAM FAQ:

What if I need to change, cancel, or forgot an order?
Changes can be made prior to the ordering deadline, 11 AM on the day prior to the meal delivery. Once the ordering period has closed, late orders are not accepted, and no changes are allowed.

What if my student is sick?
If your child is home sick and won’t need lunch, email [email protected] before 7 AM on the delivery day to receive a full credit. Please include your student’s name and school.

Note: Credits cannot be issued after 7 AM since meals are already prepared. Also, there’s a limit of 4 credits per student per month for cancellations after the ordering deadline, and no credits are given for missed meals after 7:01 AM due to illness or appointments.

What if my child is absent/has an appointment during their lunch time and I did not cancel the lunch before 7 AM?
If you do not cancel prior to 7 AM or would like to make additional arrangements, you are welcome to email [email protected] to arrange for:
a) a sibling/or student to receive the lunch
b) a parent to pick up lunch during lunch period.

If no arrangements are made by 11 AM, the lunch will be donated to a student in need or the Staff lounge.

When can orders be placed?
As soon as the menu is released, you can order lunches for the entire cycle. However, an advance purchase is required.

All orders must be placed by 11 AM the day prior to delivery of the meal. So, for a Monday meal delivery, all orders must be in no later than 11 AM on Sunday.

How often are the menu’s cycles posted?
Dishes2U uploads new menu cycles and calendars four times a year.
 
How do I buy a teacher a lunch?
Parents will be able to show their appreciation to a teacher or staff member by purchasing a lunch for them.

Is there a minimum order fee?
A check out with a minimum of $10 in your shopping cart is required for all new or changed orders – all orders not meeting the minimum will be charged a $1.00 handling fee. Please note, this is NOT $10 per lunch or even $10 per day, just $10 in your shopping cart when checking out, for a total of all your children.
